Use the information below to help you study for the final computer ethics test.

Remember, you must get an 80% or higher on the test to finish Task 3!!!

Before taking the final test on computer ethics, make sure you study the following:

•know definition of ethics– what is it? how does it apply to computers?
•information technology
•copyright
•software privacy
•shareware
•plagiarism vs. fair used
•censorship
•defamation
•acts and organizations set up to deal with censorship and piracy
•e-mail- passwords, encryption, being safe
•computer virus
•make sure you know the true and false questions on the questions you already answered (make sure you understand WHY a statement is true or false)
