1.) Select the page you want to use spell check on.

2.) Click the mouse anywhere in the text of the page.

3.) Choose Text>Check Spelling.

4.) Use the Check Spelling dialog box to correct misspellings and to edit or add words to the current dictionary.

5.) Click Close when the spelling check is complete. Then save your page.

Publishing

1.) Local Publishing- Your TRT at your school has probably shown you a method of saving to the server. One popular way of saving to the server is by "locally" mounting the server and then dragging your copy onto the "live" version on the Internet. This will only work if you're in the district. If you're at home, you can work on your draft on the machine, but you can't put it live on the Intenet until you come to school.

2) FTP- File Transfer Protocal is a special setup that allows you to publish your drafts......from anywhere. You don't have to be in the district to publish. Meet with your TRT to set up FTPing on your machine if you're interested. It's very nice to be able to publish from home.
